Three hours of work for 17,500 cigarette butts collected
In September 2018, we decided to take part in our first Clean Up Day.
Objective: to rid the streets of Sion of cigarette butts.
Twelve volunteers from our association worked against littering on World Clean-Up Day this Saturday.
Focusing on Avenue de la Gare, Avenue du Midi, Place du Midi, Rue du Grand-Pont and Place de la Planta, we collected 17,500 cigarette butts in just three hours.
